These theories fall on a false premise that only in the 19th century and beyond could such advanced knowledge be possessed by mankind of their own discovery and ingenuity.
Why is it so far beyond the scope of reality that the Egyptians could not figure out simple brain surgery without the assistance of an extraterrestrial being?
