model jet crashes

When the Wright brothers first took to Kitty Hawk in 1903, they were ushering in a new era of transportation. From the moment that Orville Wright left the ground, this bike-making brothers were destined for the history books. Although the idea of the screw – and indeed, the idea of the flight itself – was nothing new, it took the Wright Brothers aerodynamic twist Propeller to finally this concept from the ground.
There was a variety of other aircraft designs and concepts through the years, stretching back centuries. The brothers Wright were far from the only innovators testing designs for flying machines. It was not until the early 1900s, that ideas really made propeller aircraft. The screw mounted at Wright Brothers 'plane was powered by human effort, using a system based on the Wright Brothers' bicycle designs. Later propeller aircraft, of course, included engines of various sizes and strengths.
Not too long after the Wright brothers made their first flight, the canard Bousson Borgnis three-decker built. A 1908 design, characterized by a Renault engine and was built by Voisin Aircraft, an aircraft of the first companies in the world. Not too long afterwards, in 1909 and 1910, the British aviator AV Roe built four experimental lanes trip. The era of aviation had begun!
This initial design of the aircraft were quickly adapted for warfare with the outbreak of the First World War. Early aces and pilots saw a rapid development in the styles of planes and pilots – as each country (and each pilot) requested an advantage over its enemies. In 1917, biplanes and trip lanes floated on the Western Front. They reconnaissance and bombing missions throughout the war. It was a dangerous job, given the fact that at that moment, the chances of surviving a crash was incredibly low.
One of many to pilot planes during the war, Frieherr Manfred Albrecht von Richthofen, also known as the Red Baron, his infamous bright red Fokker Dr. I triplane at the time pilots. The Red Baron was quickly added to the history books as one of early aviation celebrities. When he was murdered in 1918, gave the Allies the infamous Red Baron a full military funeral.
After the war, aircraft continue to evolve, but with an eye carrying passengers to the air, instead of fighting a war airborne. In 1926 the Ford Trimotor airplane passengers transferred from Detroit to Grand Rapids, and the era of Passenger service was started. Not long afterwards, in 1928, the Boeing Company introduced its Model 80, one of the first transport aircraft.
The propeller plane is never completely disappeared from service, but early in 1944, were powerful jet-powered aircraft beginning to make an appearance. The Messerschmitt Me262 is often regarded as the first jet fighters. By 1950, most passenger aircraft converted to jet power, with a smaller prop planes still serve shorter routes. Although the era of propeller plane was relatively short, this style of aircraft remains an iconic design in aviation history.

F117 Stealth Jet Crash
Is there anyone out there using a Schuberth J1 helmet?
I've been looking to buy a helmet Schuberth J1 Jet crash. This is the model that has a chin bar as apposed to a full face or flipup face. Is anyone using one or used one in the past? How was it? Schuberth is the quietest helmet available, but the noisy J1 because it is not full face? What was the view as if you looked over your shoulder at a "lifesaver" do? If you use a different Schuberth helmet should I comment to upgrade. Dave H
Had one some time ago and found the noise! BMW went back to System 3 and 4 full face flip-ups. much calmer, no turbulence in the three quarters screen and not throw water on the back of your neck. Flip-ups are very useful abroad to find dig sites, etc., minimal restrictions on the side views.
